E.T. Bookkeeping & Tax Services Corporation is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a client decides to cancel without giving enough notice, it prevents other clients from being served.
No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing other clients who may show up earlier for their appointments. E.T. Bookkeeping & Tax Services Corporation has implemented a cancellation policy that will be firmly enforced.
Payment Policy
We require FIFTY (50%) percent of your service(s) invoice total is due upfront, the remaining FIFTY (50%) percent is due upon completion of the services provided to you. *
We will send an auto invoice to your email provided and an e-transfer or credit card payment can be made. If you prefer to pay with debit or cash, you MUST come into the office to make the payment. Please note that any refunds must be made to the original payment form.
Appointment Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be made by phone, in-person, online appointment system or email within 12 hours of the original appointment. If you have any questions, please call the office at 403-768-4558.
A $60.00+GST Cancellation/Re-booking fee applies.
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS will be issued. This is a zero-tolerance policy as a lot of work goes into each accounting and tax file, all files started will be completed.

Late & Delinquent Accounts Policy
Policy
Payments are due in full 15 days after invoice has been issued. Clients who do not remit payment within the prescribed time period, will be subject to the Late & Delinquent Account Policy.
Purpose
The purpose of the Late & Delinquent Accounts Policy is to provide a framework for the consistent handling of client accounts which have fallen into a state of delinquency pertaining to the timely submission of payments.
Scope
This policy applies to ALL clients with an open invoice at E.T. Bookkeeping and Tax Services Corporation.
PROCEDURE All payments must be due IN FULL within 15 days of the completion of your services unless otherwise worked out between the client and E.T. Bookkeeping and Tax Services.
All payments are subject to late fees after 15 days of non-payment.
All late payments past the due date will be subject to an additional 10% surcharge plus interest charge on your remaining balance for every 30 days thereafter that full payment is not received.
